For HOA boards and property managers
Give residents a way to report.
Somebody is blocked in, or the visitor spaces are full again. They find the sign, call the number, and describe a car to a dispatcher who cannot see it. Misparked is that same call with the plate, the photo, the spot and the time already attached.
What you are not signing up for
Four things this does not ask of a board.
No permit database to maintain
Misparked does not need one. Reports go to your operator with what was seen, and they check it on arrival.
No board member on call
Reports go to the towing company you already contract with. The operator checks the report against your property's rules and towing contract before deciding whether to tow.
No reprinting your sign
The tow-away sign stays exactly as it is. Misparked is a small plate bolted to the same post under it, carrying the QR code and the address to open. No new post, no reprint.
No neighbor's name in anybody's hands
Misparked keeps the reporter's number so reports can be traced, and does not share it with the towing company or the vehicle owner.
For the people already doing this
Anyone can report from the sign. A board member can also have a link.
Residents report from the sign like anyone else, and nobody on the board has to do anything for that to work. If you want, the property can name a few people (the president, a board member, the manager, security) and each gets a link of their own. Their reports skip the one-time phone check and tell the towing company that someone the property knows sent them. When a board seat changes hands, that one link is revoked. No password, and nothing to set up if you would rather not.
What you get back
A record, in plain language.
What was reported, any response the operator recorded, and how it ended, written in plain language.
Getting started is one conversation.
Misparked runs through the towing company you already contract with, so nothing changes about who you work with or who decides what gets towed. Tell us who that is and we will take it from there. If they already use Misparked, your property is added to their account.
